- PMPatrick MeyerAug 27, 20261.0Unfortunately all it takes is one experience to drop it from "its fine" to "I'll never visit again". Pulled in an hour and twenty minutes before close. In that time they did not manage to service two vehicles. With no communication and with multiple cars in line the doors were closed at 6:45 indicating they were done. It can be understandable if things happen that prevent everyone getting serviced. It is unacceptable that people were left to sit for an hour or more and yet leave without service. If you can't get to someone, you tell them and let them get on their way. Its not a difficult concept.

He then tried convincing me it was because I have a new car and they BURN OIL QUICKER lol I have an EV. It's rated for 7500 miles between changes. Total BS and a scam. We won't be back.

Everyone was so polite. This young man gave me a good tip on what he thought a clicking noise was based on his own experience.

Oil change, and Tranny flush. Car runs excellent. No lights on dash!!! Amazing!!! Thank you so much ..
