I believe her name was Amelia, who called to check on how my rental was going and made sure everything was running smoothly. She was wonderful to work with and very professional. The lady employee who delivered the vehicle to the repair shop was also fantastic and provided excellent customer service. She was also wonderful to work with. Additionally, Michael, the Assistant Manager, followed up after my rental to see how everything went and whether I had any concerns. That level of customer service really stood out to me and showed that the team genuinely cares about their customers. I am extremely happy with my experience and will continue renting from Enterprise in the future. Thank you to Amelia, Michael, the very nice lady whose name I didn't catch, and the entire team for providing such excellent service. I appreciate all of you.
