  I can’t say enough good things about D&D Auto and Dave Harvath. Dave recently got my 2013 Jeep Wrangler—with more than 225,000 miles on it—running like new again. What started with a blown clutch turned into a number of other much-needed repairs, and Dave handled everything with incredible professionalism and attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Dave kept me updated by phone and text, provided clear estimates of both cost and timeline, and took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and why. When I picked up the Jeep, he even showed me the worn-out parts and walked me through what had happened. He also replaced my tires, and between the new clutch, tires, and other repairs, the Jeep genuinely drives better than it has in years. Just as importantly, Dave is an absolute pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, straightforward, professional, and genuinely kind. I never felt pressured or confused about what the Jeep needed; I felt like I was getting thoughtful, expert advice from someone who takes real pride in his work. Camille, who handles the office and scheduling, is equally wonderful. She is incredibly prompt, organized, professional, and pleasant, and made coordinating everything remarkably easy. It is increasingly rare to find an auto shop where you have this much confidence in both the quality of the work and the people doing it. D&D Auto has absolutely earned my trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my Jeep back to Dave and Camille, and I recommend them without reservation. Five stars all the way!

  I have been a loyal customer here for a few years now, and I have yet to have a negative experience. Bring your car here if you want to be treated like more than just a customer with a wallet. Send your family members here who know nothing about cars and could get fooled by shady mechanics, or if that describes you, come here yourself! They're so nice and I'm going to keep taking my vehicles here for as long as I possibly can.

  A great and honest mechanic. If you need some work done on your car, or even just an oil change or new tires, Dave will get it done at a competitive price and with great service.

  Our truck experienced a gas leak. By the time my husband arrived at work, his vehicle was emitting smoke. Stevens Point Auto Center informed us that the earliest appointment available was in two weeks, but my husband needed his truck to commute to work, so we called around for other options. D&D Automotive Services assured us that they could provide immediate service, and we subsequently had our truck towed to their facility the following day. The diagnosis revealed that the fuel line retaining clip had not been installed correctly which resulted to the leak. They also cleaned the air filter and had our vehicle ready for pickup the next day. The owner, Dave, demonstrated exceptional trustworthiness and technical expertise. I highly recommend his business!
