    Made a reservation a month ago. Showed up at the scheduled appointment and they didn't have a vehicle, no apologies or explanation, not even a call a head of time they couldn't meet this requirement. They tried offered a less safe vehicle, smaller and none of the features required. The clueless rep told me I shouldn't worry about the safety off my family... I had to cancel my vacation and now will have to try to get refunds for the other reservations due their incompetence. Never again... Customer service was of no help.

    Easy. Quick in and out service. Last minute rental and they made it smooth and I was on the road. Better availability of selection than the other rental places.

    The young blonde gentleman who helped me at the South business drive Sheboygan Wisconsin location is very good at what he does. He even showed me where the fuel access door is before I left which is the most annoying thing on different vehicles. Nobody gets me in and out faster than Enterprise I will use again, and again
