  Chai was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance with my headlights. He was not only very nice but also extremely respectful throughout the whole process by helping me remove and replace bulb. I really appreciate his excellent service and positive attitude! Highly recommend coming here !! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Updated on August 22, 2026 On August 13, 2026. This woman Martina, took an order by phone. I asked that it be ready, I get there and a lady named Amber got smart mouth with me telling me she did not know where the part was and I should go look. I left and went to O'Reilly and bought the parts. I called ahead and the stuff was at the counter. Then I stop in autozone on 8-14-2026, that woman named Martina in a very rude way asked if I got that part. I replied yes i went to O'Reilly where it was ready for me. At this point this woman starts swaring at me. She is an employee I am a customer. Correct that WAS a customer. She starts yelling at me and called me an asshole. If this is how this store treats people. I will take my business someplace where customer are treated with respect. This is a follow up. This company does not care about their customers or their employees. Because I filed this complaint they are harassing a friend that works there. They are now refusing to get them hours. O'Reilly is a better parts store, parts are lower in cost, employees talk to the customers with respect.

  Absolutely amazing service. I pulled into the parking lot and my car was literally smoking from the front end. I am a 20 yr old woman who knows nothing about cars. As I pulled into the lot a young woman named Sam saw me pulling into the parking lot and immediately said “you have a problem with your radiator” I went inside and asked for help and Sam told one of her coworkers (Jessie) what coolant I had just by looking at what liquid had just exploded from my car. I was quite embarrassed that my car had literally just exploded in the parking lot and Jessie and Sam were very reassuring and I did not feel judged at all. Then another worker named Cito came out with me and looked at the car with me and told me it was actually very easy to replace the radiator on a car. With all of their guidance, I was able to order the correct part for my vehicle, get my car home for the day WITHOUT a tow truck, and build the confidence to fix it myself. As a woman who has never known cars and has always felt intimidated by auto shops, I felt so at ease in this store. I would highly highly highly recommend this place.
