- POPATRICIA OwenAug 4, 20261.0I went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Apparently, the team didn't have the right tools for the rotation. When I questioned the team about why it was taking so long. I was told that there was a problem with the lug nuts, and they didn't have the right tools. I then questioned what was going to happen next and was told by the Assistant Manager that " You don't need to question anything, We are HELPING you with your car". I was then told, again by the Assistant Manager "You don't need to come back to this store anymore, and I have the power to BAN you from coming back." There is a known problem with the chrome lug nuts where the chrome part mushrooms or gets rounded off during take-off. Then the normal sized tools no longer work when trying to put the lug nuts back on. If I had just been told this information in the beginning, I would have just asked for new lug nuts and been on with my day. Instead, I have been asked NOT TO RETURN to the most convenient location for my oil changes. I indeed will NOT be back. No one was HELPING me with my car, I was paying for a service, not asking for a FAVOR. Training may be an appropriate fix for this problem. The entire situation could have been avoided with communication and updated technical training.

Didn't try to sell me anything more than I needed, showed me what I could do, and got me some damn good wipers!! People complain about the price but honestly I felt it wasn't that bad and I drove away feeling safe! And Justin made sure that if anything felt off to come back!! So thank you so much, Justin, Ethan, and Logan!!
