- SMSabrina Murray3 days ago1.0Very poor and slow service and communication. Twice I made an appointment over a week ahead of time. They don't even start working on my car until 30 minutes after my appointment. No updates or ETAs even after asking multiple times, they just shrug. A simple oil change took over 2 hours! New tires and an alignment took nearly 3 hours! There was also a $30 discount promotion for the alignment that they never gave me! I was left waiting in the lobby while my car sat in the parking lot. There were numerous customers in and out before me when they didn't even have an appointment!!! Do NOT recommend unless you have all day. This will be the last time I come here.

I told them that in two days we were going to make a 1100 mile trip. They immediately took in my vehicle, diagnosed our problem, ordered parts, and had me repaired the next day. Their staff was extremely courteous, very professional, honest, and fair. In my opinion these folks are the best. Thank you for saving our plans. Auto Select, your business is awesome.
