I took my vehicle in for an oil change and the staff made some clerical errors when entering in my vehicles information and failed to confirm if they were correct. The techs also made little effort to clean up the oil they spilled all over my wheel well. The cover that protects the side of the engine where the filter is located was ripped out/damaged and never reinstalled correctly. This left me worried if the job was done correctly. Granted it was around 90 degrees outside, I still think these basic expectations should’ve been met.
