  Went in for chip repair. Could not tell they even touched it. rough and could still feel divit in glass. This was scheduled through a add on ECP protection insurance package. Would not have driving 35 miles each way to have this done. Should have done at house and save the hassle if knowing work quality at shop was this poor.

  My experience with Safelite has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I encountered multiple issues throughout the process, and what should have been a simple windshield replacement turned into a huge waste of my time. First, the wrong windshield was ordered for my car even though they had all the information and the VIN number. Then, my appointment was canceled the day of because there was no technician who could do the job. When I finally had another appointment scheduled, I was told the technician would arrive around 1 PM. I took half a day off work specifically for this appointment, only to be left waiting 2 hours past the scheduled time with no communication or update. I had to reach out myself rather than receiving the courtesy of being informed about the delay. To make matters worse, I was charged an invoice for a service I never received. When I called to address the situation, Sarah was extremely unprofessional on the phone. I do want to acknowledge that Eric and Jose were nice, but unfortunately, that does not make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend Safelite and would strongly encourage others to consider their options before booking.

  D’Airre was so kind and genuinely nice to work with. I even asked if our business could request him by name next time.

  Easy to set up the replacement and they came right to my job. The tech was super friendly and she did a great job! The price was also super affordable.

  Don’t waste your time, booked a appointment a week ahead. Had to take a vacation day from work for this. 2 hours before the appointment I get called asking me to come in early. Hour later I get another call saying glass never got ordered. called them back spoke with Eric. Explained my frustration with him about how I had to take a vacation day for this. He hung up on Me. Called him back asked to speak to a manager, he replies back “ok”and hangs up again. Please go support local business don’t throw money at this place
