  They forgot about my appointment to pick up my vehicle although it was pre scheduled 24 hours in advance and when I called today to ask when they are coming they responded oh sorry forgot about you.

  The service was terrible! My vehicle's power steering went out and I called a 3rd party tow truck company to transport my vehicle tragically they sent Lighting Express Towing. They were supposed to tow it to "Stewart Ave Auto Care" at 4302 Stewart Ave, Wausau, WI 54401. Instead they delivered it to O'Malley Honda on 3405 Stewart Ave, Wausau, WI, 54401. I borrowed my friend's car to deliver them my car keys, so they could do the right thing and actually provide the service I paid them for. They blew off the job a whole another day. It is at this moment still at O'Malley Honda. They're rude, they're customer service sucks and they made AAA look amazing because while you maybe have to wait 8-12 hours for AAA to get the vehicle at least get the job done it has been at least 48 hours and still my car is no were near the destination I selected.
