I've had good and no so good experiences with this service. They put in a new gas tank on my van and would not stand behind the work. Now I have to fix it myself w/o a hoist. They also towed (hauled) the same van twice and that worked out fine. Price was OK and they were prompt but service - recommend to go elsewhere pending your need and type of vehicle. Mine van is specialized but the cost for install when I provided all parts and bosch manual was $400.00 for that I would expect some backup for a quality job that didn't leak gas as the tank now does so I can't fill it up as it leaks out of the top where it appears a vent hose was not installed correctly.

Lifesaver. We were stranded on the highway for about an hour after blowing out a tire, and the mechanic came through for us. The entire towing and repair process was quick, efficient, and affordable! Thank you!

This place is disgusting. I have to drive past it for the last five years it has looked like an absolute junkyard. I cannot believe the city or village allows them to use the road and their personal parking lot and work area while letting the outside look like this. Cars everywhere, clutter all over tires laying everywhere, fluids leaking all over ground into drains , and no regard for the surrounding area. If this is what the public sees from the street, I can only imagine what the inside looks like and how customers’ vehicles are treated.

It’s really sad that I feel the need to post this review about a professional company, but after what I witnessed yesterday, I don’t feel right staying quiet. Yesterday I was a bystander at an accident on the north side of Port Washington by Piggly Wiggly. There were people injured at the scene. An officer on site waved down a tow truck that was passing through, which I’m assuming was to help clean up and assist with the situation. While that tow truck was loading a vehicle, another towing company, Eddie’s service pulled up. An older gentleman with white hair got out of the truck and immediately went over to the other tow operator. What I witnessed next was honestly shocking. He started yelling, swearing, and telling the other tow driver to get out of the way. It was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate, especially considering there were injured people at the scene. I could not believe I was watching a grown man act this way while another company was simply trying to help. I felt terrible for the people involved in the accident and for the tow operator who was already there assisting. Based on what I saw, I would never want to use a company that conducts themselves like that in public, especially during an emergency. I tried calling the company afterward to inform the owner about how their employee was acting, but I could not get through to anyone. After doing some quick research, I realized this was not the first time this company has been involved in behavior like this. There are multiple reports of them preying on people who need towing services and charging excessive amounts when law enforcement requests them. This isn’t hearsay. I don’t know this company, and I’m not even from the area. It only took a few quick searches to see a pattern. What I witnessed firsthand, combined with what’s publicly available, made it very clear what kind of company this is.

Scammers wouldn’t ever go back there!! And if you don’t want to get took then I wouldn’t go there either! Took in for alignment and found out my ball joints were bad so I said ok. How much to repair? $850 they said!!!! I said you’re joking right? No the lady said $170 for each ball joint and then labor. Obviously said no I’m good thanks. Came home and ordered 2 ball joints for $25. Very unhappy with them to say the least. Wish there was a zero star rating!
