The service people are very polite. We used the dump station. It was easy to access and worked well.

Would actually leave 0 stars if that was an option. Cade has an impressive ability to take a perfectly good deal & ruin it. Some people shouldn’t be in sales! Don’t even waste your time with this place! I’ve owned a camper from camping world (different location) for years & wanted to upgrade. I found the perfect one at this location in WI & Cade decided to kill the deal & ship it off to another camping world or sell it out from under us or something like that! They wouldn’t even give us the full story on what actually happened. DID I MENTION this was AFTER I already had a pre approved loan, camping world had already ran my credit & said they were overnighting us the paperwork to sign. We even had a plan in place to drive the 12 hours and pick up the camper!! After weeks of working out a deal & getting everthing lined up? What a HORRIBLE way to treat customers & do business. Cade, I hope you never sell another camper. As for our salesman (Steve), he was incredible. & we found out today that he doesn’t even work there anymore! Can’t say I blame him. Good for you, Steve! NEVER give this place your business.

If I could give 0 stars i would. They're super helpful in selling you a camper. They'll walk you around and show you all the best options in your "budget" and let you honk the loud train horn to give you all the excited feels but...They skipped over the truth in lending when we were signing paperwork so we wouldn't see the final price tag after interest. We called several times to figure out how to use certain components and the guy who was troubleshooting couldn't answer my questions. Found a hole in our rubber roofing and a soft spot which we bought extra protection for (and was told at the time if covers everything.) HaH!!!! It doesn't cover shit. Don't waste your time or hard earned money. Will never go back. Will not recommend to other people. Run as fast as you can the other way.

What an awesome experience for me as a first time buyer. I found a RV trailer online and submitted an information request. Andy and responded at 845 am the next morning. We have been looking for some time now. The experience at the Rothschild location was an amazing experience. Andy greeted us. He then showed use around the indoor, yes indoor, tv space. He then took us to the trailer and was patient answering some of my newbie questions. He knew the complete history of the rv. We then talked price and there was NO pressure sales. Upfront pricing, no pressure to buy anything. We then met with the business manager Cade Brabant. What a kind and understanding person. He showed us the price breakdown and asked if we had any questions. The trailer had a listed price. He then gave us a discount and told use about the trailers history. For anyone looking for a tv trailer, please make sure you go to camping world in Rothschild. We drove about 160 miles round trip. It was an awesome day experience.
