Unless you purchase your unit at this location they will not service it, even if you bought it from camping world. They refuse to return phone calls or even look at the unit in their lot when you bring it to them. The general manager refuses to have a civil conversation about your issue or even attempt to remedy the issue on a brand new unit. Do not buy or service here it will be a nightmare.

Huge shoutout to Steve M. at Camping World for helping us get into our new Campsite Reserve! He made the whole experience easy, relaxed, and actually enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with our questions, and helped us feel confident about the camper we picked.

We had an appointment at 10:00AM to see a 2012 Tiffin class A motorhome. We drove 3.5 hrs one way to see it went we got there, the salesman had no clue who we were or what we were there for. We finally got to the motorhome, first the listed mileage was triple what was listed , the battery's where all dead we could not put the slide outs out or start the engine or Generator or test or try anything on the RV needless to say 7hrs on the road round trip. We where very disappointed and in disbelief. We where very serious buyers and we bought a different Class A RV the next day somewhere else. This is our 3rd time bad experience with a Camper World. Like they say 3 strikes your out. Never again!
