- LGLovepreet Gill1 day ago1.0I stopped for Fuel and choose this Truck stop for Sleep here. After Fueling I noticed how small the parking lots are becoming and how they're adding more (prime) paid parking for semi trucks. less Free spots and more than paid parking spots and that time i had no option to Move my truck because stupid elog was Finished very Disappointed from this stop and Went across the street for a larger area of FREE parking! i will not suggest to fuelup and stop shopping from here.
- YRYurii Rodzik3 days ago2.0The employee managing the showers acts like they are intentionally wasting time. All the showers are empty, yet they are marked as unavailable because they haven't been cleaned or prepared. I waited in line for 40 minutes, and it didn't move an inch. As truck drivers, our hours of service (HOS) are strictly limited. Instead of driving or getting proper rest, we are forced to waste precious time waiting for a shower. I can understand a long wait when all the showers are occupied, but when they are completely empty and drivers still can't use them, it is absolutely unacceptable.
- EMEqualizer MF4 days ago1.006.25.26 1.10 am I reserved a parking spot at 8:00 PM so I could arrive around 1:10 AM, park my truck, and take a shower. However, when I got there, all the parking spots were already occupied. The employee refused to check whether some of the trucks were parked without a reservation. Instead, she told me that their policy is "first come, first served." My question is: what's the point of offering reserved parking if anyone can park there without paying or having a reservation? I did receive a refund, but I'm still giving this place 1 star because of the poor service and the fact that reservations are not actually honored.
