  The young guy and gal were fantastic! I didn't catch their names...but, the gal diagnosed my oil leak within seconds. And she explained everything thoroughly, extra services I might need/want (yep, I do!)...Just the quickest nicest two-person crew ever. Very impressive. I used to be a C-130 engine & prop mechanic in the Air Force, and the young man thanked me for my service...said his dad is an Army Vet. This will be my new spot. Guaranteed. **I had my fluids checked (just got an oil change at another place...umm, yeah), engine and cabin filter changed, and all three wipers replaced, along with the injector cleaner fluid added. With the 20% discount I was out the door for like $165. Very affordable and very happy.

  Service way less than expected. People need to be more customer oriented and kind. For the price I expected tire pressure check and light checks like other competitors do without asking. For $130 I would think those services would included like your competitors do automatically.

  Higher price than I expected for services I received, and lift was not working so no tire rotation or brake inspection that I was expecting. I feel the air filters were overpriced. People were nice but even with the discount coupon I had that was mailed to me the whole visit was overpriced.

  I drove 2 hours to a vendor event and my brakes were shot! The shop in rice lake got me in right away and we're very friendly and understanding would highly recommend!!!!!

  Every time I try to come here they have electrical problems or computer problems and I feel like I waste my time driving here to get my oil changed so they definitely lost a customer
