  Booked through my insurance website, very convenient, no additional paperwork at all, just paid the deductible at the time of the appointment my car was in and out pretty quickly.

  Driver "got sick" and left for the day after saying they were "on the way" good thing I paid up front right? They were waiting to call to tell me until the shop was about to close. Another great thing is it's going to rain all week so if I want it fixed I gotta get it towed there. Or wait an entire week in which I'll have to what? Rent a car? For a week? Don't pay these clowns up front, better yet don't give them your hard earned money just go with a small local shop. They don't even let you call the shop directly they make you talk to a useless AI assistant that puts you on hold for 15 minutes before you can talk to a real person.

  Highly recommend the Rhinelander Safelite location. Team was communicative, efficient and worked hard to get everyone in and out on time. They were working on an escalation while I was there and remained positive and professional during the entire situation and worked diligently to get the customer what she needed.

  Absolutely the best customer service you will find anywhere. Joel is amazing. I have had three different replacements done at this Safelite shop in Rhinelander and every time it was done well. But the biggest difference is how they treat their customers. Friendly. Professional. And they communicate progress. It’s appreciated. We have used both Progressive and American Family insurance for claims. Both are accepted. Highly recommended.

  The tech who did the repair on my vehicle was great!!! Everything leading up to the tech arriving at my residence to do the repair was a total train wreck. Safelite kept applying addresses different than my address throughout the booking process. I called customer service to straighten it out and was told I was all set. The day of the appointment, my address had been changed on the work order and the tech went to that address, didn’t find me or my vehicle and reported it as customer not found and went home for the day. It took me yet again, having to follow up with safelite and raise hell about the entire experience. In the end, the tech did come back out after hours to my residence and did the window repair. Good on him for being willing to do so. I did also get a discount, which helps. But Safelite needs to get their act together. The way the entire thing went down should have never happened.
