    I had an outstanding experience with the Enterprise team at the River Street location in Rhinelander. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. The entire staff made the rental process smooth and stress-free, and the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised. A special thank you to Ms. Morgan Nowak, the manager, for her exceptional customer service and leadership. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled professionally and made me feel like a valued customer. It's clear she takes pride in providing an excellent experience for every customer.     Was told I was getting a discount then added a few days and the discount was discontinued. Kind of disappointing. Service is okay. Depends on who's at the desk.
