  As with everywhere you go, service ranges. This time service was great. 2 weeks ago it was rude so I rented at Hertz. This time my AC was working perfectly when I dropped my car off at Enterprise and not blowing cold air at all when I picked it up. I now need to take it to a mechanic. Could be a coincidence. I'll find out.

  The gentleman that checked me in and out with the van was beyond nice!!! Very informative and super professional. Everyone at the building were also very nice! Will definitely be back again for our next rental.

  The process was easy. They dropped off my car at A1 Auto and picked it up there when I was done. 1 stop shopping. After the car was returned, I got a call telling me everything was all good with my rental. Thanks.

  Unacceptable service and zero accountability for health hazards!!! Unacceptable service and zero accountability for health hazards.I picked up a vehicle from this location, and on Day 1, I discovered cigarette ashes left inside the car between the middle console and drivers seat. As someone with a documented allergy to cigarette smoke, this is not just a cleanliness issue. It is a health hazard.I drove all the way back to the branch on Day 2 to get this resolved. Despite their major oversight, the staff gave me zero options. They did not offer a vehicle swap, they did not offer an upgrade, and they completely ignored my allergy. The absolute best they could do was vacuum it out, spray a deodorizer, and send me on my way, forcing me to waste my own time to fix their mistake. The smoke headache still lingers despite the deodorizer they used.To make matters worse, when I asked for a customer service adjustment for the massive inconvenience, I was told they couldn't apply any discount until my contract ends on 8/3.Renting out dirty, smoke-filled cars to allergic customers and refusing to immediately discount the rate for the trouble is terrible business. I expect the branch manager to contact me and honor a significant inconvenience credit when I return this vehicle on August 3rd.
