- ATapril thomasMay 1, 20263.0I rent cars by the month I usually go into Kenosha but the class vehicle I wanted wasn’t available so I booked with Racine . Mind you the card I usually use on file there was issue no biggie I just simply wanted to know if that’s what was causing the problem when I try and modify online. Before I could ask or get my full question out Justin rudely states oh she can go to Kenosha location. Mind you I wasn’t rude or hostile. It made m so uncomfortable I told him you don’t have be hostile about it simple mistake that could be fixed by me switching cards . Just his attitude was very rude . Thank you to Diego because had it not been for him being more cordial I’d left and took my money elsewhere . Justin a simple we can’t do that would’ve been fine . I will be taking the rental back soon as Kenosha has a car I want in. Learn customer service.
