  I would highly recommend renting from enterprise in Mount Pleasant. The process was smooth from renting it online to picking it up. Even extending my rental was simply done with a phone call. At the end of the rental, they called my phone to make sure I was satisfied and that everything checked out OK

  The whole process went smoothly. I had to get some work done on my car and got a nice and clean car here while my car was in the shop. Very clean, organized, and friendly service. Everything was explained to me, even the tax fees for the rental and the gas. I had an injury so I couldn’t video the car for the damages prior to the car that wasn’t done by me, so the service guy helped me video the car and pointed out every scratch/dent/and abnormal thing on the car for me. Very sweet and helpful. I always get a rental here! 10/10 service.

  Terrible experience- rude employees and a very unclean building. If they even have a vehicle for you, make sure you’re okay with it smelling like marijuana because they will not exchange it for you if so.

  My daughter rented a car from this place and had a medical emergency When bringing the car back. Ask if she could take it to another enterprise facility in the state that she was at and was told they would call her back. She ended up in the e r about two hours from where she would have to return the vehicle. Took it to another enterprise facility after the main one in racine would not return her call as to if she could do this or not , but to drop off where she did in illinois , said that she would not lose her deposit. Her deposit was given back to her only to have it taken out two weeks later. Have been fighting to get the deposit back ever.Since talk to numerous people which said that she would receive her money back and is still fighting to this day to get it. They are very unhelpful , only give you the runaround and say they cannot take notes because they don't have a place to take notes on their contract. This way , they can tell you that you've never told them anything , which is exactly what they say. People really need to see how these people work and try to scam you out of money when you have a medical emergency.

  I strongly advise against renting from this location due to highly questionable and deceptive billing practices. I rented a vehicle on Friday at 9:20 AM and returned the keys the following morning at 8:29 AM, well within my 24-hour rental window. I have timestamped evidence proving the exact time of my drop-off. Despite this clear adherence to the rental agreement, I was unjustly charged for an entire additional day. Anticipating potential issues, I took every precaution. I returned the interior in spotless condition, refilled the tank, and explicitly left the physical gas receipt inside the vehicle to prevent any unwarranted refueling fees. Furthermore, the branch's attention to detail is severely lacking. While I returned the car clean, the exterior front of the vehicle was handed over to me completely unwashed, indicating a lack of basic vehicle maintenance and standard care between rentals. Charging customers for an extra day when a vehicle is clearly returned on time, is unacceptable. I am formally disputing these charges with my credit card company. I hope those potential customers to take their business elsewhere to avoid similar predatory practices. ———————————————————————— UPDATE : SEP 13 2026 They still dared to send me an email asking when will I be returning the vehicle. As seen in the third picture. Ridiculous and useless customer service. UPDATE : SEP 17 2026 Justin has been very helpful submitted the request to the accounting team potentially be solved by tomorrow. UPDATE : SEP 21 2026 They have not contacted me whatsoever. Got hung up on customer service. Calling since 8:04am.
