Really disappointed with this experience. I bought two front rotors, some brake pads, as well as some other things to do an oil change on my car. Did it as an online order where it said everything was in stock at this location and I could pick it up in an hour got a call to pick it up, when I was pulling up to the store I got a call saying that they didn't have the rotors I ordered but they have a different one they can exchange out, which was fine. Got in there and the supervisor at the time dude tall Puerto Rican guy with glasses was explaining that I have to pay for the whole 350$ order again if I want a refund. Which I asked why we couldn't do it as a return instead and then just put the difference on my card or a store gift card where he then interrupted me and said he "knows what he is doing he's worked here 6 years and I shouldn't be questioning his judgement" where a younger shorter gentleman then tried to help and show him because he said he was making a little more complicated and offered to teach him an easier way, the supervisor then snapped at him as well and told him to step off. After about 20 minutes got the refund on a store credit and double checked with him to make sure it was the right part which he claimed it was and everything was fine. Got home tried to put on the rotor, the supervisor had given me the wrong size. Went back and the younger shorter gentleman who tried to help me earlier was outside talking to someone and I went inside and the same supervisor the taller man saw me and said "why don't you go outside and get him if you want help because I'm too busy to be helping you right now and I've tried getting him in here already", frustrated and already kinda tired of the rude behavior I asked if he is the supervisor why he is telling me to go get his employees where he then muttered some profanities under his breath knocked on the window and the younger guy came in right away. The younger gentleman proceeded to come in and help me, which again he was very nice and helped me do a speedy return back to my debit card as well as even helped me fix the fact that the previous guy didn't give me a refund on my debit card for remaining money from the price difference from them not having the rotors they said so I was able to get rid of the store credit and get it back on my card as I never come to AutoZone anyway. Finally got my refund, unfortunately left without rotors because they didn't have anything for my car that was the right size like the website had claimed. Funny enough after all that when I got home THEN they updated the Website saying they did not have it all in stock. With all this being said the shorter younger gentleman with the black hair deserves more recognition, respect, and a damn pay raise because he does not deserve to be treated like that by his supervisor. The supervisor (taller guy with glasses) on the other hand needs a serious talking to about how to actually be in a supervisory role of any kind because his problem solving abilities, communication, and customer service was horrible, extremely frustrating, and just overall really rude. I will not be shopping at this AutoZone again and would once more like to applaud that shorter young man for stepping in and doing his job well, respectfully, as well as thinking on his feet to solve this confusion even if we wasn't sure I appreciated his effort.
