  I use this location exclusively. During my previous oil change visit, the tech failed to reinstall the kick plate shield under the vehicle. This is unacceptable. I have purchased a new plate from Honda for $180 and will have a different service provider install it. I have lost faith in your company and will advise others against using this service.

  Avoid this Valvoline location if you value your vehicle. I took my 2018 Subaru Outback to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Waukesha for nothing more than a routine oil change. Instead, I ended up dealing with a transmission failure and a repair bill of more than $10,000. According to the Subaru dealership that inspected my vehicle, the transmission fluid had been drained during the oil change instead of the engine oil, and the engine oil had been overfilled. I provided Valvoline with Subaru's written diagnosis and repair documentation. While Valvoline ultimately resolved my claim, it took far too long. I was without my vehicle for an extended period, had to repeatedly follow up, and spent months dealing with a problem that should never have happened in the first place. No customer should have to fight through a lengthy claims process after bringing their car in for routine maintenance. A simple oil change turned into a five-figure repair and an incredibly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this location based on what I went through.

From start to finish, the team took fantastic care of me. A huge shoutout to Adam, Caleb, and Jimelle for their professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. They were thorough, got the job done quickly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before I headed out. It’s hard to find this level of genuine care and reliability nowadays. I will definitely be returning for all my future maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

  Adam, Caleb, and Jordan delivered excellent customer service. They did my oil change in a very timely manner and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They provided me helpful suggestions about services I may need done on my car and provided that information on my receipt so I have it for reference now. I was very satisfied and would definitely return to this location on Silvernail Road in Waukesha in the future.
