  The call was an after hours insurance call and The driver still arrived quickly. It was an abnormal type of jump because the truck runs two 24v batteries. He was able to get it up and running. Great service

  Driver was respectful and could actually carry a conversation. He was patient and knew what he was doing. I grew up in the towing industry so I notice things most wouldn’t and I commend and am happy with how today went.

  My car wouldnt start, so ibreques y ed roadside assistance through my insurance for a jump start. The guy came, had the jumper on the car and because it wouldnt start nothing he could do (although I feel like having a jumpstarter on a battery for less than 30 seconds before declaring I need a tow instead isn't enough time to properly jump a car). Put in a mew request for a tow instead, and again was assigned to expert automotive. Joe picked up and dropped off my car with no issues and had a great conversation with him about job openings. He offloaded the car perfectly into my driveway for me and couldn't have been more friendly. Greatly appreciative of him and the job he did and how he gave such positive feedback to working for expert.
