  The person who was sent to help me with a very flat tire today and not helpful. He wasn’t personable and seemed to not want to deal with it. Said there was rust and we wouldn’t be able to get the tire off without the help of a tire shop. He left and I found another company (Fox City’s Towing) and Travis showed up, was extremely nice and empathetic to my situation and got the tire off in no more than 2-3 minutes. Fox City Towing was extremely helpful where Expert Automotives just brushed my tire off to be someone else’s problems.

  Fast to respond, got hooked up quickly being in the side of the highway, made room for us in the cab, listened to the issues and hooked up to the battery and actually figured out what was wrong. Would recommend these guys any day!

  Joe was prompt, professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I was coming home from Chicago O'Hare Airport after dropping off my kids and I ended up getting a flat tire 25 minutes from home. Thank you Joe.
