  ATTENTION VETS. They made her email her ID after scanning it and STILL didnt give a military discount. I set up a reservation, use Budget more frequently but Enterprise was closer so I thought Id give you guys a try. First, super rude but in a passive, "Get out of here" kind of way. No one greeted me when I walked in, and treated me like I was in the wrong place. Second, pulls up reservation, cant pay for it with a debit card even after asking the mysterious manger (never saw him) cuz Im out-of-state ID (says ON YOUR WEBSITE no debit card for drivers under 25yo...Im 35 so I dont know why I wasnt allowed). So I needed another person and got my mom to rent it, add me as a driver. No change, and my mother is a vet too so we get the military discount right? (Spoiler alert, we never got the military discount either) Third, after we pick up the car we check the statement so I know how much I need to pay my mom back, and its $300 more than we were quoted. I call back and am THEN informed of the $300 refundable deposit. This is when we also realize a military discount was NOT added. So per the request of someone at the store, we emailed ANOTHER picture of both her Regular ID with Official Veteran Stamp, and her VA Card - risking identity theft for the discount...which we STILL never got. I dont know if your staff treated me like this because they thought I didnt have the money, or would trash the vehicle, or why they treated me like such a criminal but that was utterly and completely unacceptable AND you technically stole money from my mother, a US Veteran. Deplorable.

  I reserved a 15 passenger vehicle 3 months prior to my take off date. 1 month prior to take off we requested a vehicle tour to make sure my handicapped mother would be comfortable for hour 12 hr drive to Arkansas for a family renuion. We toured a 15 passenger diel van pefect for wheelchair storage and leg room. I asked the guy if he could make sure we could get that one which also had great luggage space the guy said absolutely. The day of our departure was also during EAA air show, we were given a regular 15 passenger van only suitable for a large store run, not a trip out of state. We begged for a diesel larger van we were told they were sold out throuh the state. We used the last row of 3 seats for luggage storage and used a folded wheelchair to go inbeteeen seats. Throughout the trip there was one seat that detached that we had to continusely take out to get the wheelchair out and help my handicapped mother be able to get out. I have been renting from enterprise many many years my experience was beyond disappointing. We understood that a large event was taking place but we took many steps to gurantee our comfortable trip all for our diesel van to be rented out. Mind you we had over 10 passengers that day very cramped. My mother's legs swole very bad as a result of a trip that was also prepaid for, hotels, air bnbs , to much money invested to lose out n so we made the best of it.
