  We had a very bad experience at the Campers World in Windham Maine. Cam and Mike from the Oshkosh store went out of their way to get us our dream camper that they just happen to have on their lot. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got taking care of and when the campers world and Windam Maine delivered the camper and completely ignored us. We paid for a walk through and was left to ourselves to look at the camper for an hour. The Oshkosh store's entire team got involved. It's a real shame that our local campers world acted like buthurt children and completely ignored us when we were picking up our camper, because they didn't get the sale. They could definitely take some lessons from this store. They took care of their customer first. The Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job for us.

  Judi Feldman was tbe greatest to work with. Very helpful and would recommend her to anyone looking for a camper. Im a very happy buyer and what I was asking for is what I got. Can't wait to go camping in my toy hauler.

  Evaluating my purchase experience with Camping World in Oshkosh, it is bittersweet. Referencing the sweet portion there is not a doubt CLINT KIELER fits that description. He is amazingly kind, loyal, professional and knowledgeable. If I were to bottle up his energy and all of the things mentioned, and it could be sold, I would double my wealth! The bitter portion of my experience would be attributed to the Sales Associate, namely CLAUDIA MAASS. She insulted my intelligence and integrity throughout the sales process. My 46 year old daughter put her in her place several times. Once I did not purchase any of the extra packages she accelerated her rudeness, She hand wrote orders in a document I signed "DO NOT clean the inside of this RV. I felt like I did something horribly wrong. I was ready TO HALT THE SALE!!! That is until Clint got involved, Thanks to his respect that he displayed for me, I moved ahead with the sale. I delivered my $78,000 to Nick, a Madison Associate in the office with a smile!. He was amazing as well!

  RV OWNERS BEWARE: Scheduled my RV to come in for maintenance and a checkup weeks in advance. They sat on it for a month, I had to keep calling and calling, leaving voicemails. Finally they came back with $8K in suggested repairs including an awning that worked fine when refused the replacement and got it home. They only deal with brand new models, want nothing to do with used RVs and definitely treat you like they don’t care, if you’re RV isn’t new…I’m not sure they even know how to work on certain models as they just suggested repairs then said they figured it out. Do your research before going here.

  We bought our camper 2 years ago from camping world Oshkosh. Even at that point it was a long drawn out process. Come this year, I made an online appointment, stating exactly what I wanted done. I did the online because with my work and schedule, I don’t have time to sit and talk with someone. Get there for my scheduled appointment only to be told that I never took the call to confirm. So they offer to squeeze me in anyways. I expected my camper back by the weekend, maybe a week. 4 weeks go by and the only communication that I received was when I called to get updates. Then got the run around and was told that they emailed the warranty company but they’re not responding and that it was too inconvenient to try to call them on the phone. So…. Here I missed out on the first 4 weeks of my seasonal rental because they couldn’t be inconvenienced to pick up a phone. During one of our conversations, I told Jenny that the camper needed to be fixed either way, whether the warranty covers it out I have to pay for it. They still did not do the repair at all until they got the denial from the warranty company. Then through all of this I tried ordering an upgraded mattress online through camping world, only to find out when I picked up my camper today that the mattress is too long for my space. Which I would have known prior had I gotten it back when I expected it. And nobody can tell me what size the mattress even was. It’s “special for this camper model”. Needless to say, I am very disgusted with the entire experience with camping world Oshkosh and would highly recommend going elsewhere.
