  I am happy to report we had a very good experience with CW Oshkosh. we bought a 5th wheel in January. we weren't the easiest to work with either. we settled on one but the next morning we changed our minds. was told we would get our deposit back and i think it took 2 minutes (which set well with me). Then they found another camper we LOVED as it checked all of the boxes. Joel Joseph is the sales manager and we worked directly with him. he was absolutely GREAT! He was all about helping US get everything we needed to make this all work! really cannot say enough about him. Tim and others in the service were great. Tim did the walk through with us and was extremely knowledgeable. Financing was our only bad experience. there were all the "add on's" for extended warranty, roadside assistance etc, etc. However, another positive was that the next day, after reading the fine print on everything, we decided we didn't want all of those things. And again they worked with us and took off what we didn't want. So in the end it turned out just the way we wanted! I will add to just be sure to read the fine print on those extra coverages. Again, we did have a positive experience, and I do believe Joel Joseph was a major part of that. Thanks Joel!

  Claudia is the real deal! She was very knowledgeable and detailed in her descriptions of the different campers that fit what we were looking for and gave us the real picture of what buying one would look like. She’ll take care of you!

  Terrible communication, waste of time and money. They never submitted our credit check and its been 2 weeks! I dont want it anymore, I want my money back! I was looking for campsites, good thing I didnt purchase one.

  I have to say, Travis was the best! Because of his skills, his knowledge, & his attention to detail, & him wanting to make sure I had the best experience at camping world was awesome! He was the best part of my purchase, & thanks to him, my experience was Great! Thank you Travis! 😉

  It truly was a great experience the employees there were extremely helpful and kind , judi was out going didn't feel like she was an employee but a friend we have known she was awsome , it was fun riding with her on the gulf cart she answered all of our questions , the whole experience was quite enjoyable and I am sending 2 of our friends there for sure thank you very much for this experience.
