  We recently purchased a new camper. Our sales person, Caleb, was amazing! He jumped up to greet us after we walk in. He carefully listened to what we were looking for and showed us some units. We left that day and came back the next day and he showed us a few more. We purchased one! He even came in on his day off when we picked it up to make sure things went smoothly and to our satisfaction! We definitely give Caleb a 10+ on his professionalism! Shout out to Paul also for his input and professionalism, also a 10+! Others that earned a 10+ from us are Mary, Eric, Al, Dom and few others also that we don't remember their names! We would definitely recommend Camping World Onalaska if you are looking for an RV, highly recommend them! 🥰

  Caleb was amazing and the whole team was too. They made purchasing our new camper a breeze and Caleb was attentive through the whole process... so happy with everything they provided.... I definitely will be back if I am ever in Onalaska again!!!

  Caleb Jandrey was fabulous he truly listened to our must haves and wants and showed many campers we liked and the one we just fell in love with and Caleb made the whole process easy to follow from touring the campers to all the paperwork and final details and was very attentive throughout the whole process….the whole team was amazing

  Hello, My name Lee S. Here's my story. Sold my camper two days ago and came from Mable Mn. To look to see what you can offer. Met sales person and told what we looking for and showed us a used 2025 Big Cat on front 5th wheel. Ask about PDI on used and he they only PDI after the sale. "Not smart". Looked it over petty good and like the lay out then open refrigerator and was hit with moldy smell and was black with a set of keys laying in thr freezer. I told him you just lost this deal. Not because of mold but for lack of concern. Sale men just month's ago and was tall. When leaving the store I ran in your sales manager and told him are experience was surprised, well I told him I learned that this camper has been there for months. Your manger was a loss for words. And all we where doing is looking. There's more but will take baby steps. Lee S
