- LHLane House1 day ago5.0Very friendly staff, Jennifer really took care of us! We are from out of state, driving through we got a flat just out of town. They repaired the flat quickly and got us back on the road. The cute town made our unexpected day better, we got lunch near the boardwalk while they fixed it.
- DHD Hickmon3 days ago1.0I called the Oconomowoc location with a complaint because I was told it is the corporate office and asked to speak with the owner or another higher up manager. I was told someone would return my call but the only person that called me back was the manager from the Hartland location where I had the issue. I am still waiting on a higher up to contact me
- RMRT MorrisJun 29, 20262.0Just take your car to the dealership for service if you are considering taking your car here. Price for repair is the same or even higher than at the dealership. Cost for my major engine repair was more than the dealership quoted. If I had taken it to the dealership they would have taken care of the unknown recalls too. They try to sell you cheap solutions for high-end solution prices.
- RHRita HuntJun 28, 20265.0I took my Mazda CX5 in for what I was expecting to be EPM/ECM problem. Turned out not to be and they had that issue fixed within the day. They did find that I was on bad need of maintenance on my front end. They got that fixed in a very timely manner. Very easy and accommodating to work with. I am extremely glad to find a shop that I can depend on. Thank you so much for all of your help.
