  Feb. 2025 I have nothing but good things to say about the Oconomowoc site for Merton Auto Body. Getting the estimate was a breeze, I received excellent text messages keeping me abreast of their progress, and they actually completed the work ahead of schedule! On two occasions I received phone calls from my insurance company with instructions that were misleading and confusing. But in both cases a quick call to the staff at Merton straightened everything out. The last body shop I worked with, never answered their phone. With Merton my calls were answered right away, and the staff knew exactly what needed to be done. May 2026 I just had another flawless experience with Merton. My car was damaged in a deer hit, and the entire front end needed fixing. Again, from start to finish everything went as planned. They've improved their system for updating the status of your car. This time I received text updates as my car went through each phase of the project and it let me know if the car was on schedule or if there was a delay. I'm not taking my cars anywhere else for body repairs.
