    I could become a US citizen and show less proof of my residence. Topper - I am a current long time customer. They pulled me up in the system with the address on my drivers license! Oh no it’s not me. Hahaha

    First of all started with a phone call where they put you on hold and don’t come back. I came in to pick up my rental. Had to verify my address. Gave him my current drivers license(with my picture), copy of my payroll stub, copy of a letter from my HR verifying the stub, my full coverage insurance policy, and my energy bill. Offered a copy of the USPS verification change of address and my voter registration. I took out their full coverage insurance policy. I was going to leave my brand new car in the lot for 2 days. Im a big risk boy. A 60 year old women. A senior and a woman. I needed the vehicle to move. Now that is a five star customer service experience - hahaha

    The Oconomowoc location is fantastic! Kind, courteous, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Their cars are clean and they get you in and out quickly without feeling rushed.
