  Really great experience at the shop today, chris was super informative and friendly, angel was professional and even the tech robert came up from downstairs to say bye. Seems like you guys got a real good crew there, will definitely recommend to some friends!

  The lead on shift was very thorough, honest, friendly (manager?). He even checked my cabin filter and I've never had anyone do that! Much appreciated. Didn't catch anyone's names, everyone in the shop was positive and attentive. You can tell they run a tight ship and their confidence is unmatched - The guy handling my oil change was professional and helpful. Found a Philips head under the hood what wasn't theirs and told me "merry christmas" lol I love the energy here. I always have a great experience with Valvoline 🫡

  I had a great experience at Valvoline today. I just had my oil changed at the dealer earlier this week, and the splash guard wasn’t reinstalled correctly. I was driving on a street that had a raised manhole due to paving construction when I heard the metal scrape against it. Thankfully, Valvoline was just two minutes down the road. Brandon was super pleasant and was able to take the mangled splash guard off for me so I could drive without metal scraping everywhere. He didn’t even charge me which was so nice of him. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for additional services.

  I came last week to get just an oil change. Despite the 15 minute signage, I sat in line for over one and a half hours. When I finally got to the work bay I reminded 2 employee at 1 pm that I had to get to work at 1:45 and I asked if that would be possible with my “15 minute” oil change. And they reassured me that they would be done way ahead of time. I ended up getting out of there at 1:50. I spent 2 hours there and still paid full price, this was insane.

  I've been taking my Mini Cooper here for a few years when it was Pennzoil. I didn't know that the location changed hands and was nervous because not everyone wants to work on Coopers and I've been burned in the past. There was an issue that needed to be taken care of before the job could be finished. Brandon and his team went above and beyond to make sure that my car was taken care of properly and that I was satisfied. Above and beyond is probably even understating it, I've not had this type of service from any sort of mechanic before. Highly recommend, and I will be going back!
