  Chris and Riley were friendly and professional. They were quick to assess my vehicle and provide service and recommendations to keep it running in great condition. There was no wait time and I was done before my lunch break was over. The discounts offered increased value even more. I will be back again.

  Employees were courteous. Went in for an oil change and they stripped the drain plug. They said it was from a previous service that did it. That is not true. I could hear the impact wrench on the drain plug while I was in the car. Waited three hours for them to fix their mistake. Never happened.

  Valvoline Instant Oil Change: I like to stick to restaurant reviews, but occasionally I have service so great or poor that I decided to venture off the beaten path. The Valvoline Instant Oil Change replaced the Pennzoil that had previously existed at this location. Having a coupon and being due for an oil change and tire rotation, I thought I'd check them out. When I called the listed number the day prior, the automated operator I spoke with informed me that I could get an oil change and tire rotation at this location, no appointment was necessary and could even give me a price quote when I provided my year, make, and model of vehicle. For one of those non-human operators, I was impressed. Having the day off, I arrived shortly after opening on Friday 9/4. I had to wait about 15 minutes as there were customers ahead of me. The oil change itself took maybe another 25 minutes (40 minutes total). It would have been a great experience as staff were friendly and relatively efficient, but when I mentioned I needed a tire rotation as well, I was informed this location does not do that at this time (but will eventually with some added equipment). That was really frustrating as I had even called ahead to confirm that I could get a tire rotation, plus, now I have to go somewhere else the next time I get a day off, taking away at least another hour of my time if not more. There's nothing the staff working there today did wrong, but the incorrect information on their customer service line shows that Valvoline does not value my time and I'll be hesitant to choose them again for that reason. I suppose it’s also ironic that a business that promotes prioritizing speed (“instant” oil change) is so indifferent to their customer’s time. 5 stars for the oil change, 1 star for not being able to get my tire rotation, 3 stars overall.
