    Really disappointing. I've been coming to this location for literally 10 years and never experienced anything like this. I ordered a part (tail light assembly for for Ford Edge) and was told the part would be delivered to the store 5 days later. 7 days later i hadn't heard anything so I stopped in to check on the status. Was told that the order hadn't been delivered to the store yet and occasionally it happens that FedEx is late and to try back later that day or the following Monday. I followed up via phone on the following Thursday (now 6 days past when the part was originally supposed to be delivered) and was told that the part still hadn't shipped out and they couldn't tell why. So obviously by this time I was dissatisfied and asked for a refund which they explained they can't do unless I come back into the store. So I came in to the store today (Saturday - 14 days after ordering) and was told the order had been "returned". No explanation as to why or how or when. I told the employee that there is no record of any refund to my account and I obviously wouldn't be standing there talking to him if I had "returned" the part. Setting aside why the status of an order that never was fulfilled was marked as "returned" I asked for a refund of the $500 I spent on the part which they promptly explained they couldn't do without the store manager present! A key detail that would have been nice to know prior to my coming in. I just received a call from the store that explained that the refund was issued days ago without my card and without bothering to notify me. I reminded the person on the phone that there is no record on my bank account of a credit being issued and the employee claimed that the refunds can take a few days to appear - which may be true but I don't have much confidence in anything they are telling me as it all sounds made up. So here I am two weeks after ordering with no part, no explanation as to what happened and currently no REFUND. I'm giving it until Monday for the credit to appear and if it doesn't I'll be reporting the charge as fraud. I don't know what's going on in this location but they have totally failed me in every way with this attempted transaction. And now I have to order this part from somewhere else and start this all over again. I won't be coming back to this store anymore.

    Thank you so much. Our battery died on the way to Chicago. We got a new battery there and Bernice Strasser did a great job changing it out. We were on our way in no time! I'd highly recommend this AutoZone and Bernice!

    Great service, very helpful. Got us out of real jam. Bernice Strasser was awesome putting a new battery in our truck so we could be on our way in no time. I'd recommend Bernice and this Autozone all day long. Thank you!

    Went in to get a new wiper. As I was leaving (I believe it was the manager) asked if I needed help installing. I thought I could do it, I could not. Went back in and he kindly walked me through the steps/assisted me with getting the old one off and the new one put on. Would recommend this store for all your needs!
