We brought our pontoon in for service just after close with the intention of dropping it off and waiting to hear back. Graham was still there and offered to do a quick battery check which ended up being the issue. He offered to change the battery on the spot, which ended up saving our family another 2 or 3 trips out to pick up and launch our boat. Super fantastic experience, we won't be going anywhere else in the future. Thanks Graham!

We started the process in late January with a pretty specific build in mind. The team was transparent with pricing from day one — they sent over detailed quotes breaking out the base price, motor options, and every add-on so we could build the boat we wanted without any guesswork. They walked us through different configurations and options patiently, and made it easy to understand exactly what we were getting for our money. The boat was ordered in early February and splashed in early May — right on schedule. We received photos the day it hit the water with confirmation that everything was working perfectly before pickup. The walkthrough and paperwork at pickup were smooth and easy, and we had the boat in the water that same weekend. Everything ran perfectly. Communication throughout was excellent — responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. No runaround, no hidden fees, no surprises. Just honest small-town business done right. Special thanks to Nate and Rick for making the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend Warner's Dock to anyone in the area looking for a boat or pontoon.

He explained things to me so I could understand & he took time with me & didn’t hurry me through. Today he helped me get my boat connected to the trailer getting it travel ready by taking the playpen cover off, storing things in the changing room, etc. top notch service from Warners! Very happy I chose them for winterizing, tuning up & storage for the winter. Prices were also reasonable.
