- TOTravis OlsonSep 5, 20261.0Warner docks communication is good. However, I had my boat in 3 times for a leak. The first time they put the completely wrong livewell valve in and claimed they leaked checked and verified good operation. After a 4hr drive to the cabin the boat was leaking worse. They owned it and said they made a mistake(which I appreciate it). They sent me back on my way and again the boat was still leaking. After saying the motor bolt had a small drip. $800 later they say the plumbing was not the source and that I need to take it to a body shop as the hull is leaking. I brought it to a body shop and they identified the source of the leak and it was indeed plumbing. The main livewell hose had a crack that warners said was good to go. Body shop fixed it asap and away I went. Frustrating to be told they leak checked 3 times and claimed it wasn’t plumbing. I would be very hesitant to bring my boat back to them as their diagnosis process is poor. Again communication was good and Lauren was great to deal with. I Wish they could have gotten it the first time as I was out a boat this entire summer due to inaccurate diagnosis and wasted money!
