  After reading reviews saying this was the place to get slow leaks repaired, I gave them a call. I had a brand new tire put on by the dealership I got my car from about a month ago. I had brought it back once I realized there was a slow leak. Every other week I was having to fill my tire. This same dealership said there was no slow leak, but just debris in the wheel well. Because, clearly there was still a real issue, I called Silver Lake to set up an appointment. They were able to get me in the next week. Unfortunately, it wasn't something they were able to repair, because sadly, there was a tear in the side wall! The same day, they were able to hunt down my exact tire and get it replaced. The only small snafu was that my husband wasn't able to sit in their waiting room, so they had their driver take him home while they were working on the car. We are currently sharing one vehicle, so when they called to say it was ready later on, unfortunately, the driver had already left for the day. He ended having to take an uber to get the car. Besides that, this business provided excellent service and really did their due diligence to carefully examine my car, when the dealership wasn't able to provide this. It is clear this business runs a tight ship! We will be coming back here in the future for any of our tire needs! Thank you!

  Today, one of my tires was rapidly losing air. I called Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers in New Berlin, WI to inquire if they could get me quickly since time of was of the essence. Quinten picked up the phone and was a true pro and a pleasure to speak with. When I arrived at Silver Lake my car was taken into the garage for inspection immediately. I waited for inspection and repair inside the wait room where there was a lot of natural sunlight, clean and spacious which made the wait a pleasant experience. Complimentary home-made cookies are available to enjoy as well. A very small nail was found in one of my tires and it was patched up and now my car is ready to roll. Friendly staff, fast service, clean and spacious wait room are reasons I recommend Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers in New Berlin for your auto and tire needs.

  I got in my car to go run errands this morning and noticed there was a huge bolt in my tire. I was right up the street at the time from Silverlake, so I stopped in. They were able to take my car in right away and they were able to repair it. Their customer service and hospitality was top tier. They inspected my car afterward and told me about a few things that needed to be addressed, without pressuring me at all to get any of it done at that moment and I really appreciated that - especially since I had my antsy three year old with me. I never would’ve noticed that my windshield was cracked, had they not inspected it since it is completely out of the line of sight while driving. I had never been here before today, but they definitely gained a permanent customer with me.

  I was looking for an Audi certified shop for my 2015 Q7 TDI. I normally take it to a shop about 30 minutes away, but they don't have loaner vehicles, and I don't have any PTO to spare. Silver Lake came recommended to me, and after calling, and talking to Cameron, decided to give them a try. I've had a pesky engine light related to the diesel emissions. They diagnosed it quickly, gave me a breakdown of the costs, and I approved the repairs. I like that they provided me with a loaner, and did the the work that needed to be done in a reasonable amount of time. I was surprised they give out fresh cookies when you pick up your vehicle. Honestly, I know Audi isn't cheap to repair, but they gave me a military discount on labor which was appreciated. Will probably give them more business in the future.

  I had just recently left an opinion on the internet regarding my experience with Silver Lake Auto and was going about my day to day when my car's "check engine light" illuminated a potential problem with something regarding....the engine. I was not far from the New Berlin location so I called and Cameron answered. He said I could bring the old gal in right away and they would give it a look-see. Mind you, I have but one vehicle. And Silver Lake Auto's Berlin location is 15 miles from home, as the crow flies and walking home or utilizing public transportation was the last thing I wanted to do. That's when Cameron said Silver Lake was happy to ferry me home in their courtesy vehicle. What a shock to my otherwise doubtful/skeptical consumers mind. It was very enjoyable. Their website states "customer first hospitality", they are true to their word. The driver of their courtesy vehicle was affable which made ride home enjoyable and it took my mind off the inevitable maintenance of a 10 year old car. Pleasant conversation made for a quick trip. Dreading the potential bad news was calmed by a text from Silver Lake stating the problem. And after perusing the details provided I received a phone call from Cameron. He said that they could most likely complete the required repairs quickly. I would just have to give them a day. Let's get right to it. Car maintenance is a nessary evil that will not be avoided. Finding a capable, competent and reasonable auto mechanic is next to impossible. Silver Lake Auto is a breath of fresh air. They are straight forward in their explanation of work required and their rates are responsible. Back to "customer first hospitality", a ride home, a clear explanation of the situation and prompt service. And to top it off, chocolate chip cookies. Nice.
