  I would give 0 stars if I could. They charge premium prices for an oil change, then use an impact gun on skid plate bolts that should be removed carefully. They stripped multiple skid plate bolts while attempting to service my truck and acted like it was no big deal. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, they brushed it off and left me to deal with the damage. Now I have to spend my own time and money fixing something that was completely avoidable. If you care about your vehicle, especially if it has skid plates or requires more than a basic oil change, I’d think twice before bringing it here. I’ll never be back.
