- JVJim de VriesAug 18, 20265.0Purchased a new Gravely Pro-Turn 160 this spring from Bonnie. She was extremely helpful in the purchasing process. When I picked it up, Bonnie wasn't there, but had a very pleasant conversation with Bill. The machine has been running like a top. Fantastic piece of equipment. What used to take me 1-1/2hrs with a 42" tractor mower takes barely 45min now. Unfortunately after only 16hrs of operation, the center blade spindle literally dropped out. I called Bonnie and she immediately ordered in a new spindle with bearings. A couple days later they sent a truck out to pick up the machine. It was delivered back in less than 2 hours. The warranty work was complete! New spindle, bearings and double drive pulley. And there's still 4-1/2 years of warranty left! Thank you, Jim

This was after they serviced it once and returned it to me without it working properly. Haven't heard anything after 2 months. I called and the staff member clearly didn't give a crap about getting the thing fixed. His response was not in line with the conversation I had with the woman who started the repair ticket. His excuse was that it's mower season... March is not mower season, we all know it often snows in March and April. I will never bring equipment here again, I don't care if they paid me to fix it. One star Bil Bar strikes again.
