The moment I declined the cabin air filter replacement saying I plan to change that on my own, his attitude changed completely. He got visibly irritated, walked back to the garage muttering under his breath, and made sure the tech knew I "didn't want it changed" like he was trying to embarrass me. He was also clearly annoyed that I chose conventional oil instead of synthetic, acting like customers aren't allowed to make their own decisions. I came in expecting honest, professional service—not a guilt trip and pressure to buy unnecessary extras. If this is how they treat customers who simply say "no," they don't deserve anyone's business. I'll never be back, and I'd recommend others think twice before going there.

Always have great conversations too! David the tech did a great job on the oil change and the emissions test. This location in Muskego, WI is highly recommended.

I'm often traveling, so my time window for getting my vehicle serviced is small. This place fits me in as quick as possible, and they get me back on the road just as fast. They meey and exceed expectations, for sure. I came in for a headlight, and without being asked, they did my oil, air filters and my wipers. This is my main shop, now.
