  Been consistently treated with respect as a customer; they have addressed my questions with patience and presented options; the courtesy shuttle is especially helpful for a one-vehicle household. When a warrantied part did need attention, they made sure we were covered and honored the replacement. As a bonus, the waiting area is quite comfortable. :)

  Great experience at Silver Lake Auto & Tire Center! Megan was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thankfully, they were able to plug my tire the same day and get me back on the road quickly. Really appreciate the honest, friendly service and quick turnaround. Hopefully I don't have any tire issues anytime soon, however I'd definitely go back and highly recommend!

  Garret was personable, professional, and diligent with communication. My car was a tricky repair, but Garret made sure to give me timely updates. As well as provided many solutions to alternate transportation while my car was repaired.
