  I am loving my new CRV Sport-L! Nancy made my research process so easy, as she was able to provide car options and the breakdown of each. She was super helpful and very responsive. From there, Johnny helped me get the deal done at the dealership with no surprises. Walked out of Ziegler very happy with my experience.

  I’m writing this review as I wait for my CRV oil change and 15000 mile service. It’s been 3.5 hours and still waiting, They quoted me $725 for the service, but found a 20% discount, isn’t that wonderful I’ve never paid such a crazy amount for a standard 15000 mile service charge, how possible is it, that it’s that costly ?? I looked up what a standard 15000 mile service should cost, granted it is AI generated, but the cost stated 150-300 dollars. They’re the only Honda dealer Racine, aren’t they lucky !

  I had an amazing experience with Venicia in the Service Department at Honda today! From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
