  Abdul Rehman was not only a down to earth guy, he was a wonderful sales person. Spent time with us after hours to try to meet all our requests to the best of his abilities. There's nothing else I could say that can sell you about the man, just pray to God you encounter him when you walk in. Sadly, he was unavailable (providing his wonderful services to a lucky individual, no doubt) to finalize our deal with him. That's when we were blessed to transfer to a wonderful lady named Miya Larry, who helped close out our deal. She was very personable and patient with us when she was given to us with some key details missing. We didn't have the pleasure of having her the whole ride, but no doubt she's also a wonderful saleswoman. She made me buying my first car ever an experience I'll never forget.

  Me and my boyfriend drove 3 hours to look at an SUV we were interested in purchasing. We inquired about it earlier in the day and let them know that we were interested in the vehicle but lived about 2 hours away so we would have to make the drive there- we ended up driving roughly 3 hours because we had to sit in traffic for an hour. We finally arrived at the dealership, sat us down, grabbed all our information, only to inform us that the vehicle we were interested just sold an hour before we got there. We had talked to a sales team member about coming to see the vehicle and also were texting them while we were on our way. This whole interaction was extremely unprofessional. This place made us waste our time making the drive to this location instead of letting us know ahead of time that the vehicle was being purchased. What a waste of time and disappointment. if this is how you treat potential customers then we want no business with this company. We will never be coming back.

  Not a good experience. Had an appointment to see and test drive a car. The salesperson was completely unprofessional from the moment we arrived. He was your "typical stereotype salesman" had no real knowledge of the car except that he knew his son wanted one, and that it was a very popular car. It was listed above the recommended value and this guy was using everything he could think of to try and justify this gouging... lol even when our credit union tried talking with the guy to try and understand why they were trying to sell it for more than what it's actually worth? The guy got offended and tried to make her look like she doesn't know what she's talking about and that he'll still this car no problem. That wasn't the question... it was at this moment we said, we're done. You don't want to sell it, you didn't move a dollar to try and make the sale. No thanks, take care and buh bye!

  Karson was my sales person. He was very helpful treated me with great hospitality being out if state (KY). He let me drive a bunch of cars I was interested in to find one that suited me. He mentioned a blue audi s5. Absolutely wonderful choice something I would have never thought to drive. He was extremely helpful in showing me the car’s features as I wasn’t very familiar with Audi’s new tech. If you are too stop by racine Honda Zieglar for a new car make sure to get Karson as your salesperson he is extremely respectful and is sure to find something you’ll love.

  Very disappointing after-sales customer service. We purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid a few years ago and were lured into purchasing a warranty that clearly stated it could be canceled if unused or if we were dissatisfied. Over a month ago, I submitted a request to cancel the warranty and provided all the necessary documents. Since then, I’ve made multiple calls to the finance department and sent several follow-up emails, but there has been no progress and no communication. The lack of responsiveness from Zeigler Honda of Racine is unacceptable and far below what I expect from a reputable dealership. I request that my warranty cancellation be processed immediately and my refund issued without any further delay.
