  Had a flat tire on my SUV. Wasn’t very friendly to even begin with, even when I originally called on the phone. Got there, whoever was helping wasn’t too friendly to me. Kept taking phone calls and getting interrupted while trying to talk to the advisor. I had to wait while I was in there, eventually getting frustrated before I just decided to leave. Im all the way from central Illinois and this was my first encounter with the town of Minocqua. Not a good one so far.

  Sophia introduced herself back a couple of weeks ago and we set up an appointment to meet so that I could test drive and compare new F150's from the dealership. Sophia spent about two hours with me answering all my questions and accommodating two test drives. She also spent time researching additional dealerships that had F150's in the specific package, powertrain, and color I was looking for. I am extremely grateful for her dedication and willingness to help steer me into the right vehicle. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of her control, we were not able to get the deal done. However, it is my intention to utilize this dealership for all of our Ford service and future warranty work when necessary. Sophia was professional, honest, and very helpful in directing our needs. I highly recommend her and the dealership!

  This was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Usually, vehicle buying is a stressful and painful process for me, but Kendra, Stacy, and the rest of the team were upfront, honest, accommodating, and friendly the entire time. I will definitely purchase from them again. I recommend Northwoods Ford to anyone looking for a pleasant experience, especially anyone that doesn’t especially enjoy the process of purchasing a vehicle. Thank you, again!

  Customer service was good while purchasing but after the process was complete they haven’t responded to us about payment due or anything. Tried calling numerous times in the past two weeks and keep getting answering machines or promises of calls back with nothing. I’m pissed.
