  Minocqua Marine & Power Sports was great. On time with delivery and pick-up. The boat was in great shape and everything worked well. I will definitely go back to them.

  We rented a waverunner from this place last year and it was a great experience. This summer, the complete opposite. First, we reserved the larger waverunner and they gave us a smaller one because they stated that they have replaced a ton of impellars so early in the season and didn't have any larger ones. That should have been a red flag. Second, the one they gave us was a dud. Fuel was at half!! We launched it at the public launch and it didn't start. We took it back and they said there was a rock in the impellar. The owner said that should have been checked after the previous rental. Second red flag! Third, the next waverunner they gave us was at 3/4 full. I thought they check that upon return? Clearly didn't. We had a great day on the water and didn't go near ANY shore line. Upon return, the owner looked and saw a rock in the impellar. I didn't see anything when he showed me. How can that be if it ran great (no noises or vibrations) and we weren't near a shore line?! He sent us pictures after of a "damaged" impellar. No rocks were visible in the pictures. The pictures weren't timed stamped so how can I be 100% sure it was from our rental? This place is a scam and is looking to make extra money off it's renters. Avoid avoid avoid!!

  I rented a 2 person and 3 person jet ski the same day. My intention was to use the 3 seater to pull my kids on a tube and water ski. I was VERY surprised when I picked up the PWC and was told that there was no towing of skiers or tubes allowed. That should be stated on the website. THE ONLY reason anyone would want to rent a 3 seater is for pulling people behind. I really wish I would have known that before I rented so I didn't have to feel guilty when I did pull my kids behind.
