  They take their timing seriously. Thorough but efficient. Kurtz was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable! They are a well-oiled machine. No pun intended!

  They have a diamond in the rough working at this location named Steven. I don't think his boss even knows his true background this guy was an auto-body technician fir years who got paid to move to different states to work in different shops, did collision repair, total restoration, & insurance jobs. He has dealt with very rare cars,even worked on authentic movie and tv vehicles including the famous General Lee! I guess what I'm saying is, I feel VERY comfortable with someone like that working on my car EXPERIENCE=COMFORT

  Came here today after recieveing mediocre/less than satisfactory service from the Glendale location (didn't fill up liquids/wiper fluid). Was reassured (by the manager of Glendale location and a rude rep on the phone) I could have the situation resolved at any location since they were unable to resolve the issue there due to a machine issue? Today, I waited for about 30-35 mins, which took my entire lunch time. I wasn't acknowledged at all, nor was I directed to go to a specific lane so I didn't lose my place in line so that was a bit confusing with others pulling up and almost attempting to cut me off. The team was so locked in, they didn't talk to me or the neighboring waiting cars at that time (there was 4 others, 1 left before I decided I had to get back to work too). Might just stick to going to the S 68th St location since inner city seems to be too complicated.
