  Every time I go there, everyone is friendly and get the job done in a timely manner. I live on the north west side of Milwaukee & I choose to drive to that side of town, because of the service. Thanks to everyone at that location!

  The easiest and most efficient oil change I’ve ever had. Thank you to Ivory who was super patient with me since I don’t know shit about my car. Whole team was super friendly, thorough and explained everything to me and walked me through what I needed to know. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. 10/10 will come back and recommend them to all my friends. Thanks everybody! Y’all feel free to roast me for almost pulling in the entirely wrong way 😅

  What a terrible place! Total time sitting over the bay was 45 minutes and there was only one other car in the place. First guy was nice getting it going but then changed my credit card before anything was done. He said he would be right back with my paperwork and I never saw him again. I sat there while nothing was being done until another guy was opening the air filter cover and pulled it out and asked if I want them to change it. I pointed out that it was a new filter and was completely clean. He dropped it on the cover without reinstalling it and walked away. After a few more minutes of nothing happening another guy asked if my tire pressures had been checked?? I said I don’t think anything has been done yet. He started checking and seemed very confused. I finally asked if oil was going to be put in the engine and he said they have drain the old stuff first. This was after nearly 30 minutes and again there was only one other car there. Finally I felt someone working under the vehicle and he then started putting oil in. By this time I was getting a little worried and someone else reinstalled the filter, closed the hood and directed me out. I was 20 minutes down the road when I realized I never received a window sticker or a receipt. But I was not going back. This was a combination of bad management and inexperienced employees. Needless to say I will never be back.

  I’m so disappointed. Before today, my car has never left a valvoline center in worse condition than when it got there. After a failed AC servicing, my car now has ZERO temperature control. When I went in, the temperature wasn’t as cool as it needed to be, but the AC was able to be turned on or off- and now I have one temperature that doesn’t change AT ALL between AC and just vented air. I knew things weren’t going well bc the machine started malfunctioning during the service and the technicians all came to look at it but agreed to see what might happen in a few minutes. Then, a technician was complaining about how long it was taking and restarted it, she thinks. She actually wasn’t sure because she didn’t know what the screen meant and literally said that she just started pushing buttons. After a total time of an hour it “finished”— and my AC temp control was completely gone. The team manager apologized for the time, suggested that I go to a full service store, and didn’t charge me for the service. Now I’m actually worried that they caused damage because my AC doesn’t function at all anymore.
