  So far, so good. Just purchased a new Tundra. Andrew Akhanon was fantastic to work with. Just went in to look at the 2026 Tundras, ended up driving one home. Jesse in finance was great, but she happened to be the only person in finance the day. Had to wait a while for her to be available.

  Our amazing dealer, Tracy, and the management team of Eric and Michael at Umansky Toyota were all tremendous in helping us get into a new car that we love! After the car we thought we were buying never ended up showing up at the dealership (lost somewhere in the shipping process!), they all swung into action and got us into a car we were even more excited about the same day we all concluded that the car we put money down on was not coming any time soon. Bravo to Tracy and the whole Umansky Toyota team! Thank you for such a positive experience!

  Andrew Akhahon was terrific from start to finish, really a pleasure to work with! He looked out for our interests and made sure we got the vehicle we really wanted. Cannot recommend highly enough!

  I had a very positive experience with my service advisor (Coley Kuntz). She did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the repair process and made sure that I understood what was happening with my car. She even brought out one of the mechanics (I believe that his name was Ace) to speak with me directly so that I could ask additional questions. Further, he explained to me, in detail, what was happening and why it was happening. I really appreciated the opportunity to hear the explanation directly from someone who had worked on the car. Most importantly, both Coley and Ace were very clear on what needed to be done now, and what could be put off for a few more miles. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to take the time to explain everything. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this service advisor and this repair shop.

  It’s a nightmare for any parent to have a child, traveling alone far from home, experience car trouble. This happened to us on a recent Friday afternoon when, traveling between upper Michigan and Chicago, our daughter’s Prius broke down on the shoulder of busy I43. She was able to nurse the car into Umansky Toyota where she had the good fortune to be assisted by service advisor Coley Kuntz. Coley deserves a customer service hero award for quickly getting the car diagnosed, service scheduled, and a loaner car secured. Our daughter continued on her way to Chicago safely and on-schedule. Coley exceeded expectations in every possible way—competence, speed, empathy, and Wisconsin kindness. She is a credit to the Umansky enterprise, and we are grateful to have met her. Five plus stars!
