I had a issue with my car that would have cost 6,000. I was unsure on what my next steps should be. Rosario was super helpful and i decided on getting a new car (2026 toyota corolla). I love my car and am very happy with my decision. If it weren’t for him i would have done what ive always done and probably ended up in the same situation i had before. Huge thanks Rosario!!

“I can honestly say this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning to the very end, Anthony made everything happen and made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. He was professional, patient, honest, and truly dedicated to helping me every step of the way. What stood out the most was how far Anthony was willing to go to make sure everything worked out for me. He legitimately went out of his way from start to finish, and you can tell he really cares about the people he helps. That kind of service is rare, and it made a huge difference in my experience. This was more than just buying a car — it felt personal, welcoming, and genuine, more like being treated like family than just another customer. Anthony made the whole experience unforgettable, and I’m truly thankful for all his hard work, effort, and commitment. He’s a great guy, and I really appreciate everything he did for me. If you’re looking for a Toyota dealership that will treat you right and give you an experience you’ll remember, ask for Anthony. I’m beyond grateful, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make it all happen.” “BIG THANK YOU TO ~ANTHONY~ AND HIS TEAM AT UNMAN-SKY TOYOTA !!” Sincerely Cristian Javier Garnica

I just helped my mom purchase a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid from out of state and Dave Leveritt made the entire experience a pleasure. I handled the whole process remotely from New York and contacted twelve dealerships across NY and WI before landing on Umansky. Dave was, without exaggeration, the single best salesperson I dealt with. Most dealerships I reached out to refused to communicate over email, which made comparison shopping a nightmare. Dave was the opposite. He was happy to email throughout the entire process, kept me updated at every stage — from assembly, to freight, to the ETA in Milwaukee — and never made me chase down information. When my mom and I picked up the car, the price we'd agreed on was the price we paid. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons, no games with financing. If you want a buying experience that's straightforward, professional, and genuinely respectful of your time, ask for Dave. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Second Edit: The company keeps trying to say AS IS like it means they can sell me a vehicle with a bad motor (that they didn't disclose, because they have no moral compass) but since i bought it as is, I should take the loss and be responsible for repairs. Its purely theft. Edit: Since the company decided to respond with blatant lies to cover their shady practices, I've attached pictures of the oil on the second vehicle I purchased, that they assured me was changed on reconditioning (It wasn't). It was pitch black and full of metal contamination, pics of the LOW OIL warning light that came on after less than two weeks of driving (indicating a clear PRE-EXISTING condition), the oil sticker claiming it was changed and when it should be due, as well as my current mileage)and the fact I called immediately to report the knocking and they told me it was normal and just the noise from the vacuum pump. As you can see by their response below they are just liars. The first vehicle was high miles but these are Toyotas. It's not normal to have multiple timing codes and misfire codes stored when there is no error present. That means they cleared the codes and put it on the lot without fixing it. I don’t write reviews lightly, but what I went through with this dealership from November through March was an absolute nightmare—and people deserve to know the truth. Over the course of just a few months, I purchased three vehicles from them. That alone should tell you how badly this situation spiraled. The first vehicle had serious engine issues almost immediately. In fact, the problems were so obvious and severe that I had to return it the very next day. That should have been the moment they took accountability and made things right—but it wasn’t. Instead, I was put into a second vehicle, which somehow managed to be even worse. This vehicle had a failed engine at the time of purchase. Not developing later—already failed. Selling a vehicle in that condition is either gross negligence or intentional disregard for the customer. There is no excuse for it. At that point, rather than owning the situation and properly resolving it, I felt completely cornered and pressured into a third vehicle just to get out of the mess they created. This wasn’t a solution—it was them trying to cover their tracks while I dealt with the fallout. From November to March, this turned into a drawn-out, exhausting cycle of issues, poor communication, and zero accountability. I was constantly chasing answers, getting the runaround, and dealing with problems that should have never existed in the first place. Because of all this, I ended up spending thousands of dollars out of pocket just to finally get into a reliable vehicle—something I should have had from day one. And I am a Toyota employee!! They out right just stole from me and I saw exactly how they were doing it because I have worked in the same industry for over 10 years as master technician and service manager. This wasn’t just a mistake or bad luck. This was a pattern, it was reckless, and it seemed deliberate: Selling vehicles with serious or outright failed engine issues Failing to properly inspect inventory Avoiding responsibility when problems arise Pressuring the customer instead of fixing the situation A dealership should operate with honesty, transparency, and accountability. I experienced none of that here. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, stay far away. I would never do business here again. I thought I would get good treatment as someone who came from a different Toyota dealership to spend money with them! I intend to pursue legal action due to feeling like I was bullied and robbed!.
