  I recently drove my Rav4 into the service area at Umansky Toyota, Silver Spring Dr, Milwaukee, WI. I was greeted by Coley Kuntz, my service advisor. She was very cordial and efficient. She quickly used her computer to analyze what normal maintenance my car needed. Coley also quickly entered the coupon I gave her for the oil change my car was receiving. She estimated my car would be ready in 60 to 80 minutes; and then sent me to the waiting room. Coley texted me when my car was ready. She ran my credit card to pay my charges. The entire time Coley interfaced with me, she was efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure working with her.

  Marc was a pleasure to work with. I needed a Sienna and, even when he was on vacation, he made time to call me when the trim level and color I wanted was available, and invited me in to see it. The process was easy and painless, as we negotiated the price and financing via text prior to the appointment, so the visit consisted mostly of a test drive and signing paperwork. Would highly recommend Marc and Umansky generally!

  Horrible service! Appointment at 1pm, I dropped off at 1045 AM because I was in the area. I was told that it would take about an hr, but I came back at 2 PM and hr from the original appointment time (1PM) and the vehicle was still outside. Keep in mind, I dropped off way early and they couldn’t get to it on time. Now is passed 2 PM, the vehicle just got in and I was told it may take 1/2 hr. Ooh, by the way i was told in the beginning (at 1045 AM) that make sure to come back for it before 345 PM because they close at that time. Pretty much, make sure that I am on time, but we are going to take our time. No respect for the customer’s time. Inconsiderate.

  Coley was awesome as our service tech - truly above and beyond. Working with her was the best experience we’ve ever had with a dealership’s service department. She was kind and really took the time to talk through everything with us. We will be back 100% because of her service.

  This is my fifth time here at Umansky where I bought my car. I have been getting oil change and tire rotations a couple times but this time my experience with Coley was incredible. She was professional and being very helpful. She took a really good care of me making sure the tire pressure reading for all 4 tires are at 36 as I requested. She went over the details on the paper work with me after the service done and she even offered to follow up with me a couple days later to see if I have any further questions. No one has ever offered to follow up with me and Coley was the first person. Coley has done her job wonderfully. I was extremely satisfied with her work from the moment I came until I left the shop. I would highly recommend her to everyone. Thanks Coley for helping me. I am very much appreciated it.
