  We have used SIXT several times and never had an issue until recently. They are now accusing us of damages we did NOT do. Turns out they were part of a class action law suit for this same exact scam. Unfortunately nothing has changed and they are still doing it. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

  Long-term renter (5 months) here. Sixt customer service left me stranded on the side of an interstate highway for three hours after a breakdown. The CS rep never entered the help request. I eventually had to limp the vehicle to a shop and pay for temp repairs so I could bring it back to switch companies. The people in Milwaukee are nice, but the corporate support and customer service are horrendous. I would recommend going with a different company.

  When our flight to Chicago got rerouted to Milwaukee the night before our honeymoon was about to kick off, we didn’t know what to do. We decided to take our chances with a rental car to get ourselves, our two dachshunds and our wedding cake home as fast as we could to ensure we would make our early morning flight to Italy. When we saw William at the counter, we knew we would be taken care of. Not only was he incredibly reassuring to us, he did everything in his power to make that hour and a half car ride as enjoyable as possible. To William, thank you for being so amazing! You truly turned our night around for the better, and I couldn’t think of a better way to kickstart our honeymoon than our interaction at 11pm Monday night!
