  I’m guessing appointment doesn’t matter with this place. Why have appointments if you just allow walk-ins that take people’s appointment time and spots. Now have to wait an extra hour and a half before they work on my car. 🤔 🤬

  Flat tire. Called around to 7 places around 5pm to get my tired patched. This was the only place that took me and a younger man fixed it incredibly fast and was very polite and accommodating.

  I needed 4 new tires installed ASAP. Wednesday, I had to put on my spare tire. I made an appointment with Walmart Thursday, but my ride couldn't make it in time. No problem, I rescheduled it through the app for Friday. Friday comes around and Walmart tells me I do not have an appointment 8pm Friday, I am scrambling and searching every site I can for 4 new tires and availability to install them. I need to finance this bill as well. Longer story short, I came across Monro. Their website said they have Saturday morning available to install 4 new tires and the have PayTomorrow financing I can apply for. Thankfully I was approved, so I booked the appointment. I couldn't call the shop to confirm because they close at 7pm, so I had my fingers crossed everything would work out. I go into the shop this morning and only 1 person is working. I explained my situation a little. Told him that I had made an appointment late last night but wanted to confirm availability or go somewhere else if they're fully booked. He was very understanding and helped me out, reassured me that he can get everything done today. Sy was fast! Inspection, installation, mount, balance, and wheel alignment were done in just under 1.5 hours total. He helped other customers and did have a bunch of other cars in the shop too, so I bet it would've taken less than an hour with zero distractions! Shoutout to Sy! I was very stressed about my tires and he saved the day. I definitely recommend Sy and I hope he gets more staff to help out soon. Thank you!
