I brought in my Ford Escape a month ago because I hear grinding coming from my front tires. I figured it was my breaks. They call me and tell me that my breaks are fine and that the issue is the wheel bearing. I get that replaced. Picked the Ford Escape up and it felt off while driving. Dash notifications began to illuminate. I immediately call. They tell me to bring it back in which I did the next day. They call and informed me that the mechanic installed the wheel bearing backwards. Fast forward to yesterday 5/20/26. I take my vehicle back in because I now hear grinding coming from the rear. I figured since they tell me my breaks were fine the last time approximately a month ago I thought ohh it another bad wheel bearing. I receive a call and they informed me that my brakes are bad and it’s not my wheel bearing. I have them replace the rear rotors and rear brakes. Also along with an oil change and a rear tire inspection. They charged me little over $600. I pick up a he car on 5/21/26. It’s a short ride home and I’m experiencing braking issues. My pedal was sinking to the floor slowly as I applied pressure, I’m like okay maybe it’ll correct itself. I don’t drive the vehicle until I leave for work and the issue becomes worse. At this point the pedal is hitting the floor and taking for ever to come to a complete stop. I call immediately while on the way to work and inform them of the issue. They said they will have a tow come pick up my Ford Escape from work. The mechanic calls and tells me I won’t have to pay for the tow fee and labor but I will need to pay for the part itself. He stated, the caliper was damaged. I’m like okay at this point let’s just get it fixed. I go in today 5/22/26 to pick the Ford Escape. The same mechanic that towed my car and told me over the phone the price I will have to pay ($80) gives me the invoice of $160 for the caliper part. I told him I was told $80 yesterday over the phone, actually I spoke to you over the phone. You said you won’t charge me for the tow and labor but I will have to pay $80 for the part. I continued to tell him no one called me about $160 I was told $80. And that all I have. He said okay let me call the boss. He calls and talks to no one. He looks in his computer pretending to look at something and says the part is actually $85. I was like okay, so what happened? How did we get to $160 to $80. He starts mumbling, don’t know what he said and I left. In reality I shouldn’t have been charged due to them damaging the caliper while replacing my breaks and rotors. I know this because the issue occurred right after I picked it up and the mechanic told me they had trouble taking off a part near the caliper but with some force they were able too. I’m bummed out because I support local small businesses and this one was close to home. I won’t be coming back.

I brought my SUV in for replacement of tire sensors. Hyundai brand. I was aware that Ryan might not be able to program. Ryan should have told me he couldn't program from the start because his scanner was not Hyundai.Instead he installed all 4 sensors that he couldn't program. Knowing from the start that his scanning tool wouldn't be able to activate/program sensors. A Hyundai scanner is needed. I sent a letter to the owner as found online. Been over a month now and still no response. Not too smart.

Professional and hospitable phone and in-person. Super fast service!!! I had a sudden issue with a tire- they charged me a very reasonable price to repair it. I would have paid quadruple at the dealership, if not more. Very grateful for Luckey’s! Highly recommend!!!!!
