  After arguing with Miller motors all day about warranty issues etc, I pulled my trigger one more time and took a chance and made my way to another Dodge dealer with my Ram TRX and I was greeted by Nicole right away, the way she presented herself and was so respectful I knew I was in the right hands. I walked in around 3:30 and got my truck back and running by 7:30 after being told by the other dealer I’ll have my truck back in 3 weeks. She got the axel in, in no time. Thank you guys for the great experience.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Griffin’s Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM on S. 27th Street. I contacted the dealership because I needed help with an insurance claim involving my Jeep. Instead of trying to assist me, explain my options, or even point me in the right direction, I was told, “We don’t want to get involved.” That response told me everything I needed to know about the level of customer service I could expect. When a customer is already dealing with the stress and frustration of an insurance claim, the last thing they should hear from a dealership representing the Jeep brand is that they simply do not want to get involved. I was not asking them to take responsibility for something that wasn’t theirs. I was asking for help and guidance concerning my vehicle. Rather than making any effort to assist, I felt completely dismissed. A dealership can be friendly when it is time to sell you a vehicle, but customer service really shows when there is a problem and the customer actually needs support. Based on my experience, Griffin’s Hub failed that test. If you are considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, I would strongly suggest asking in advance how they handle situations involving insurance claims and whether they will actually stand behind their customers when problems come up. I left this experience feeling that once the situation became inconvenient, they simply wanted nothing to do with it. Very disappointing.

  I was hit from behind in my 1320 Dodge Challenger, lots of damage! Second time taking it to this shop and would definitely do it again and recommend them to everybody. Matt helped me through the whole process and made things happen very smoothly. Mark the technician made my car that was “totaled” at first by the insurance company, look brand new again…you seriously can’t even tell I was hit. Kevin cleaned her up for me at the end so good that I felt like I was driving it off the lot brand new again. Awesome job, can’t thank them all enough for making my baby look gorgeous again!!! Check em out, you will not be disappointed!
