  Alyssa is absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. Our experience with Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was great throughout the entire car-buying process. We purchased a car here, and our experience from start to finish was truly top-notch. We also want to give a big thank-you to Robert, our finance guy, for making us feel so well taken care of. Alyssa and Robert went above and beyond to make the experience easy and enjoyable.   I am extremely thankful for their service department. Angela has been a god send and I wont take my Durango anywhere else! After having multiple bad experiences with other Dodge dealerships this has been a 360! Dan is the mechanic who works on my car and it’s diagnosed and fixed correctly! No issues at all and extremely knowledgeable. They will be honest and work for you.

  Nicole over at Griffin hub is the best service manager across southeastern Wisconsin. I brought my 2025 Dodge ram Back in October and it gave me nothing but problems and she took my truck in every single time. Dodge ended up buying the ram truck back for me because it was manufacturer issues with the vehicle. This all would not have happened if it was not for Nicole. GRIFFIN HUB Give her a raise a big one‼️‼️

  I had my Jeep serviced today for a recall that I needed checked and then just some regular maintenance. Ange was super pleasant to work with and was very thorough, kind, and friendly through the whole experience! You can definitely tell that customer service is a top priority for her. She explained everything very clearly, and had me in and out in less than an hour! I normally get stressed taking my car in for anything, but this was not the case at all! Thank you Ange!

  ⭐ 1-Star Review I purchased a 2021 Buick Encore GX on May 22nd, and it has been an extremely frustrating experience. Today is August 15th, and I am now facing the cost of a new transmission for a vehicle I had only owned for a short period of time. I went back to the dealership approximately 3–4 times trying to get help with the issues I was experiencing. One of those visits was specifically for the vehicle to be serviced. Unfortunately, instead of properly addressing the underlying problem, the dealership repaired a very minor issue that did not resolve the actual problem. The major issue turned out to be the transmission. When I first returned to the dealership, which was only about a week after purchasing the vehicle, I felt like I was being pushed away rather than helped. I was told that they could look at the vehicle, but I would have to pay $200 for a diagnostic. I was also told there was no way for me to find out beforehand whether my insurance would cover the diagnostic, and if it did not, I would be responsible for the $200. I purchased this vehicle expecting to have a reliable means of transportation, and instead I have spent months trying to get the dealership to properly address a serious mechanical issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that I repeatedly brought the vehicle back and gave the dealership multiple opportunities to help me. The salesperson I worked with was Ryan, and unfortunately, my overall experience with this dealership has left me extremely disappointed. I expected much better communication, transparency, and customer service after spending my money on a vehicle from them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected by a trusted mechanic before signing anything and to make sure you fully understand the warranty and what it actually covers. I am not writing this review because I expected the dealership to prevent every possible mechanical problem. I am writing it because of how the situation was handled after I brought the problem to their attention. I feel like I was given the runaround when I needed help, and now I am left dealing with a major transmission repair on a vehicle I had only recently purchased.
