  First time renting a vehicle and this location was incredible! A hectic day for me but the entire Enterprise team helped save my trip! Exceptional customer service and I’m blown away by how kind and helpful the staff was. Thank you to all working that day! (7/20)

  There is always something that goes wrong when I rent a car from them, which is why I'm done using this company. The last time I rented from them, I specifically told them that I wanted to pay for the toll pass. They didn't add it to my rental. As soon as I realized this (right after I started driving the car) I called them to make sure it would be added. They told me not to worry about it and assured me they would add it to my rental. When I returned the car, I brought it up again because I didn't want to be overcharged (I had a feeling this was going to happen). Once again, they told me not to worry. They said that if the toll system attempted to charge me, they would leave a note on my account so I wouldn't be billed. Three weeks later, I was charged for the tolls plus an additional processing fee; the exact situation I was trying to avoid. After calling and emailing them more than ten times, they told me they would not refund my money. To make matters worse, I returned the car in perfect condition and with more gas than it had when I picked it up. And that's without even mentioning that they made me wait 30 minutes just to get my rental car.

  My girlfriend was having a medical emergency, and I needed to rent a car last minute to get back to Nashville. Enterprise wouldn’t take my credit card JUST because the chip on my card wasn’t working. I asked if they could enter the card number manually, and they said no, the management doesn’t allow that. Go to Hertz down the street instead. I went over there afterwards and had a rental within 10 minutes.

  Unprofessional staff. Misgendered me in bad faith several times after I corrected them in. They also screwed up the billing and had my reservation mixed up. They billed me instead of the company because of their screw up and I didn't get the discounted rate and was billed personally
