  This station keeps refusing adding EV to their fleet using lack of charging infrastructure as an excuse. Hybrids is not a proper substitution for the EVs. It is so simple to solve charging! Ask you National partners from National Louisville, KY who recently installed chargers, or National Houston who has chargers for more than 3 years! Why Avis van offer EVs at the same airport and you can’t!?

  We had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise during our visit to Wisconsin. We visited friends and family in Appleton and Stevens Point. A trip to Milwaukee followed as we took in a couple of Texas Volleyball games. There were no problems during our entire trip. The Genesis vehicle was terrific and everything went off without a hitch. Would recommend using Enterprise for your next rental.

  I have a significant number car rentals with National/Enterprise - not impressed with this location. The car I got was dirty - sticky steering wheel. Did not notice it until I was miles away. Once I got on the freeway there was an annoying vibration at speed. I reached out about this issue and never heard from the location. There was only one person working when I returned - he was busy with other people. The car rental area/center is a dump. I will never rent from Enterprise at MKE.

  Out of all of my experiences at enterprise across various locations, this by far was the worst experience the manager Cole was the most difficult person to talk to. The original rental agreement was not what I received after returning my car. I’m a person of principle. When I returned my vehicle the attendant greeted me and I was told everything was good. After almost an hour I received a call from a representative who called because the amount of over $2,000 did not go through in which it didn’t because that’s not what my agreement terms were, after being handed off to the manager Cole. He seemed to have comprehended my issue and assured he would correct it. Then after being told he was going to correct something on my reservation he did not instead hung up then minutes later sent a rental agreement that I did not agree to , when I attempted to call back he didn’t answer so I called from another number he answered. Which I found interesting so I proceeded to explain that you did not fix my rental agreement based upon what we discussed he stated there was nothing else he could do then proceeded to give an attitude with me although it was a simple correction that I knew he had the power to do but chose not to. I am overall very displeased on how I was handled the representatives and the manager overall is a sad representation of the enterprise company. Do what you say and say what you mean. I hope his status is reconsidered. There’s no point of having someone in leadership that cannot keep their word. Good luck is all I can say!
