  Pick up was quick and very smooth. Drop off was the same. The staff was so friendly. This is the best rental car experience I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend!

  I REALLY wish I could remember the names of everyone, from checking in to checking out. I booked through Priceline, but maybe the information can be pulled from the confirmation 2112252505/06-12 @ 11:30-12pm. -Very nice staff, from the counter to the vehicle. - Checkout less than 15-20 mins -Vehicle was clean and fresh -Shout out to senior management because this team ROCKS! Overall, I made a great choice choosing Alamo Rental. Good Day!

  We had a really smooth and overall great experience with Alamo—this was our first time using them. Check-in went well, but we weren’t informed that the rental start time is also the exact return time on the drop-off day, which led to some confusion when we returned the car. We ended up getting charged for something we didn’t realize, since we thought we were still within our reserved time. That said, Ari was amazing in helping us sort everything out. She understood the miscommunication, listened to our concerns, and kindly gave us a one-time exception since we hadn’t been properly informed. From that point on, the drop-off process was super smooth. She was professional, helpful, and very understanding. Overall, we’d definitely rent from Alamo again next time we’re in Milwaukee. The whole process was easy, straightforward, and way more affordable compared to other rental places we’ve used

  If I could give it a 0 I would. I came tyere today to extend to one of my other card ( I was inform I coukd) one manager said yes no problem this other Manager (Rossey) waved at him he went outside came back n said sorry I cant do that we going to have to do it all over again 😡 Im like why I came here yesterday and they say people do it all the time. So now Im getting upset and then I said well I can use debit card sign says he said well you cant cus I have WI license, now Im upset I said ok I will go get gas i had a whole 45 min to check it in, he said ok. As im leaving this other so called manager running at me like Im a runaway slave, he started screaming at me etc saying i cant leave he wont allowed me too he demanded me to park it n he will take care of the gas he was yelling at me like I was his child n i said do not yell at me, at this time im om the phone trying to talk to management, its 6 pm now i been waiting for a manager since 1130. Worst service i ever experience. Now i was left at airport humilated embarassed, I recorded him as well and now I will be pressing charges. Diff Strokes for Different Folks
