  Great service with my reservation, reservation was handled in a timely manner , very polite and friendly, upon return of the vehicle, the young man was also polite and very respectful. I will be using Alamo in the future.

  We generally find Alamo the best in price, service and in rental cars. Milwaukee International Airport is no exception to this "best" rule. They are professional, polite and friendly. I would like to give a shout out particularly to management for Lucas, and also the other young men who were working on the afternoon of May 5, 2026, receiving our rental car return. Thank you, Alamo, for hiring such professional and polite young employees.

  Great customer service at the check-in and check-out. Overall a five star experience. I had a terrible experience with Avis at Milwaukee airport in the past. If you need a rental car there, don't go with Avis, make sure to use Alamo. It may be a tiny bit more, but we'll with it. Just do a Google search for "Avis damage scam" and you'll see what I mean. We'll only rent from Alamo there moving forward.

  It was a very easy process to pick up and drop off the car. I did the "skip the line" verifications before my trip, this allowed me to basically walk onto the car lot and get a vehicle. All of the staff were kind and knowledgeable. Importantly, I never felt that I was being scammed throughout the process. It was a great experience, I will definitely use them again.
