  tire rotation went bad. they have the wrong tools or training. lots of ups and downs to get the car in the air. took the tires off and leaned them against the car. every lug nut damaged. cracked one right off. I have an appointment with the Dealer to have it inspected. any repair costs, I will be filing a claim using the 1800# they gave me. did not ask about recalibrating the TPS sensors. so now all the positions are wrong. Never do anything but oil change here, and only if its an emergency.

  Erik's customer service was amazing! Not only was he full of knowledge, but he also saved us from a potential major catastrophe. The other workers were kind, efficient, and provided a expedient service!

  The people at the Valvoline in Middleton at the new one are wonderful! Helped me so much with my jeep when it was making such a bad rattling noise!!

  Waiting until the end of the oil change to tell me the oil filter is out of stock. Gave me the options of filling up oil and go somewhere else or wait another 15 minutes for them to go get a filter elsewhere. Fully intended this would be quick so kids and groceries were in the car and had to leave with fresh oil on the old filter. No Options for a free oil change or discount after I wasted my time…

  Christian, Shaquille, Neveah, and Jack did an amazing and quick job on my oil change today! I just came for an oil change, but after inspection they found the cabin air filter was filthy and reccomended I changed it. They made sure the air my family and I are breathing was safe, which is much appreciated! They were super friendly, honest, and quick! Highly reccomend!
