    I took toll pass paying 10$ and it never worked in toll plaza , I ended paying more then 18 $ saprately coz I used toll road , this looks very weird, and whats the use buying toll in the counter ?

    My insurance company rented a car for me. Vehicle pick up and drop off were easy. Staff was friendly. The car that I was assigned was clean and in good serviceable condition. My security deposit payment was promptly refunded after the car was returned. It was a good experience all the way around. The only disappointment was that they were unable to pick me up. I had to get to the Enterprise office on my own. That could have been more convenient but understandable.

    I worked with Hunter Haase at the Middleton, WI Century Ave location my entire car rental process. He was very much accommodating to my rental needs and car situation. He took the time, and went above and beyond to have my rental picked up at Van Horn in Stoughton, as I was picking up a new car purchase the same day.
