  I have taken my vehicles to Dunn's for over a decade. Their staff are friendly and courteous. They take the time to explain what they are seeing with my car in a way that is easy to understand. I recently had a car in for an oil change. A factory issued part they used failed immediately. It wasn't Dunn's fault, but the way they responded set the standard for how a business should be run. They were accountable and apologetic (again - not their fault the part failed!) coordinated a tow in, fixed the issue immediately, and even offered to come clean spilled oil in my garage. Shout out to Marnie - I am a customer for life!

  Professional, transparent, and timely service. Got new tires and had an issue with my TPMS sensors connecting- was able to bring the car back in at my earliest convenience and got the issue resolved.

  I've been taking my car here for a couple years. They are honest, reliable and fair prices. They do good work! I appreciate Marnie getting me in quickly when I had some bad luck with tires. Hard to find an auto service place you really trust, but I trust Dunn's! Thank you
