  These are genuine, GOOD people. I have a 2016 Audi A6 that was in and out of shops for almost a year: it started at a family friend mechanic who changed the brakes. Following that I had constant issues braking for months. I finally decided to take it into Audi service dept for an inspection because I figured they know their own cars best. WRONG! Audi recommended replacing the master cylinder. I took it to Dunns for the master cylinder replacement (~$2400 at Audi, $1200 at Dunns). Not only did they spare me the charge and swap - but they found the issue. A spring that had been put on backwards and missed by the Audi service team. They did the right thing - did not go through with the master cylinder replacement and all problems were resolved. I saved over $1000 for something I did not need. Again, genuine, good people. Now I take my car in and they have a customer for life!

  Wouldn’t bring cars here for safety inspections, they bashed the car and said not to buy it, while their safety inspection didn’t turn up anything that would say otherwise. We ended up buying the car and have had zero issues and this has now been months ago. Take your car somewhere else who doesn’t belittle the car you are trying to get clear answers on buying. Waste of time and money here.

  I have taken my vehicles to Dunn's for over a decade. Their staff are friendly and courteous. They take the time to explain what they are seeing with my car in a way that is easy to understand. I recently had a car in for an oil change. A factory issued part they used failed immediately. It wasn't Dunn's fault, but the way they responded set the standard for how a business should be run. They were accountable and apologetic (again - not their fault the part failed!) coordinated a tow in, fixed the issue immediately, and even offered to come clean spilled oil in my garage. Shout out to Marnie - I am a customer for life!

  Professional, transparent, and timely service. Got new tires and had an issue with my TPMS sensors connecting- was able to bring the car back in at my earliest convenience and got the issue resolved.
